Please note that when shipping to a physical address, an accurate street address complete with suite or apartment number and/or business name is required. A phone number is also required to ensure proper delivery.
Delivery on holidays and certain dates during busy shipping seasons may not be available.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated by how much you spend per delivery address, All rates listed in the table below are based on Ground Shipping via UPS:
Order Total(w/o tax) = Shipping
0.00 - $ 25.00 = $ 7.00
$ 25.01 - $ 50.00 = $11.00
$ 50.01 - $ 75.00 = $15.00
$ 75.01 - $100.00 = $19.00
$100.01 - $200.00 = $20.00
$200.01 & up = 10% of product total
